Question: How many persons may stay at one room apartment? How many in double room apartment?
In one room apartment can stay 2 adults and if you want we can add a bed for a child. In double room apartment can stay 4/5 persons and also here we can add a bed for a child.
Question: How far is the sea from your farmhouse?
The beaches of Giulianova/Tortoreto/Alba Adriatica/Villa Rosa are distant approximately 12 km according to road and chosen place.
Question: Is there a supermarket in the neighbourhood?
Yes, there is a very well-stocked supermarket few minutes from our farmhouse, that you can reach on foot or by bicycle.
Question: Do all the apartments have independent bathroom?
Yes, all the apartments have independet bathroom.
Question: Do you have a restaurant at your farmhouse?
No, we don't have our own restaurant, but we have an agreement with a restaurant pizzeria not far away from our farmhouse, that makes discounts for the clients of La Meridiana.
Question: How big is your swimming pool? Do we have to pay extra to use it?
Swimming pool is long 10 m and wide 5 m, it has a spacious tile flooring and wide lawn where are situated deck-chairs, table and seats. Swimming pool is only for use of our clients and without any extra pay.
Question: At what time may we arrive? At what time must we leave the apartment?
Apartment usually is available from 14:00 and after this time; In the day of departure apartment must be leaved within and not after 10:00 a.m.
Question: How can i book an apartment?
You have to conttact us by e-mail o by phone, ask availability for the period that you are interested in, and if we have free apartment we'll ask you to deposit an advance of 20 % from a total.
Question: Are animals allowed in your farmhouse?
Yes, animals are allowed, important that they are educated and looked after by the owners.
Question: What do you offer besides an apartment?
Besides an apartment we offer to our guests large balcony, furnished with seats, tables and beach-umbrella, 4 halls for a public, tv hall, and reading-room; besides this we offer use of the swimming pool and use of furnished green spaces in a large garden, game field of bocce, games for children and barbeque, also you can use bykes of our farmhouse.
